- Will I be charged automatically once paid plans start?
- No surprise charges. When we turn on billing, existing accounts get advance notice by email and in-app, plus a grace period to pick a plan. Nobody is billed without choosing to be.
- Do you guarantee more installs or a Featured placement?
- No. We optimize your store page (screenshots, captions, and layout) for conversion, and we aim for editorial-quality polish. We do not control App Store or Google Play traffic, and we cannot guarantee an editorial Featured placement. That decision belongs to Apple and Google.
- What’s the difference between Pro and Scale?
- Pro covers up to 10 projects, plenty for one app or a small handful. Scale removes the project cap and adds an extended license, which covers doing this work for clients, plus faster support. Both include unlimited exports and direct upload.
